By accessing or using the Nibbl website, platform, or services ("Services"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Nibbl is a UK-based networking and recruitment platform for the hospitality industry. Our services are provided by a registered UK business entity.

2. Who Can Use Nibbl

a. Hospitality Professionals ("Candidates")
Candidates may create profiles, submit CVs, and receive communication about job opportunities. Use of the platform does not guarantee employment.

b. Businesses ("Clients")
Clients may receive access to candidate profiles, request introductions, and use the platform to build a searchable talent pool. Use of the platform does not guarantee recruitment outcomes.

4. Your Account and Information

7. Fees and Payments (for Clients)

Some features of the Nibbl platform—such as access to candidate profiles and talent pool building—are available via paid subscriptions. All fees will be clearly communicated before payment.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We may update pricing or features from time to time, with appropriate notice.

Subscription Cancellation and Data Loss

If a subscription is cancelled or allowed to lapse, access to your talent pool and any saved candidate data will be removed. Should you choose to re-subscribe in the future, your previous data will not be recoverable, and you will need to rebuild your talent pool from scratch. Please consider this when managing your subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nibbl name, branding, and all platform content (including text, design, and technology) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

9. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, or caused disruption to the user experience.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nibbl is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding:
